The successful business consultant also advises clinics, hospitals and practice founders in Switzerland and Germany, using his business expertise and strong network of IT professionals and HR experts to the benefit of routine medical care.

He also supports clinics in the digitisation process and develops PR strategies and HR policies.
In addition to these duties, in 2008 he founded the company Medical Wear by Pastelli, which specialises in the manufacturing of high-quality Italian designer practice clothing (

Since 2015 he has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) for “dental sisters” Dr. med. dent. & MMed Sandra Fatori and Dr. stom. In 2001 Bojan Radaković obtained a first-class higher technical college degree from the School of Dentistry in Belgrade with a thesis entitled “Fixed Dental Prostheses”.

Thereafter followed the obligatory year in practice, which he completed at the Military Medical Academy (MMA Military Hospital) in Belgrade, where he obtained his licence to practise as a professional dental technician.

Until 2008, he worked at the MMA Clinic for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the Department of Oral Implantology and Computer-Aided 3D Dental Prostheses.
There he specialised in CAD CAM technology (Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing) for implant-supported and fixed dental prostheses.

He also acquired the techniques used to manufacture facial prostheses in collaboration with the Clinic for Plastic Surgery and the Centre for Burn Victims at the MMA.

In 2008, he moved to Germany, where he performed high-quality dental lab work at a practice in Mülheim a. d. Ruhr, further adding to his competencies within the practice environment.
In 2010, he was appointed CAD CAM Specialist and Advisor for the German firm Laserdenta GmbH, based in Bergheim, where he initiated the development of innovative scanners and 3D dental prosthesis machines, refined them together with engineers and in doing so brought international practices into the digital era.

Since 2015, Mr Radaković has been Chief Technical Officer (CTO) within the dentalsisters practice network, responsible for technical development and research. He maintains, optimises and upgrades all the technical equipment used by dentalsisters. In this role, he implements the technical infrastructure requirements of management and is therefore an invaluable team member for the production of computer-aided, ultra-aesthetic dental prostheses.
